His belief that a student's background should not limit their ambitions and aspirations is at the heart of his work, and his approach to access, outreach and widening participation within Universities and Higher Education.

Through his work, he seeks to inform and empower students to maximise their potential and to ensure that they are pushing the boundaries of their success.
